Precise Mortgages is divesting and relaunching its entire residential mortgage range.
In an email to brokers, Precise said it would retire its residential range on September 25 as it prepares to launch its new platform, Resi 2.0.
The lender will then launch a new residential range on September 28, including products for first-time buyers, home movers and remortgagees.
Precise said its existing platform will be available for existing applications with fees paid until 5pm on September 25.
Any AIP still in progress that has not been converted and paid for by 5pm on 25 September will need to be re-entered into the new system to continue.
