A new lender, Gable Mortgages, has been added to Mortgage Brain’s Sourcing Brain, giving brokers faster access to its products through the technology innovator’s product sourcing platform.
Brokers can now search for no deposit mortgage products from Gable Mortgages, helping them assess cases more quickly.
Gable Mortgages’ product range includes no-deposit mortgages with 100% loan-to-value, designed for young professionals, key workers and those purchasing new build homes or standard properties as first-time or next-time buyers.
The Sourcing Brain module includes twice-daily product updates, giving brokers access to up-to-the-minute data on the UK market
