The 2026 Mortgage Strategy Specialist Lending Awards are proud to support the Mortgage Industry Mental Health Charter (MIMHC) as our 2026 charity initiative, helping to highlight the importance of mental health and wellbeing across the mortgage industry.
MIMHC is a not-for-profit community interest company dedicated to improving mental health and wellbeing across the UK mortgage sector.
By bringing together lenders, distributors, networks, advisors and industry partners, MIMHC works to create healthier, more supportive workplaces through collaboration, education, and hands-on work.
Its work includes: mental health first aid training; Annual industry research; Fundraising initiatives and events; Sharing best practices, practical tools and resources for organizations.
At the heart of MIMHC’s mission is a simple but important goal: to make mental wellbeing a daily priority, reduce stigma, and ensure that people across our industry have access to meaningful support.
